Meet The Team.

Mrs Claudine Buchanan – Registered Manager

Mrs Buchanan has over thirty years experience as a trained nurse, she worked as a Critical Care and Emergency Nurse. As a qualified manager with an MBA and a diploma in Management Studies she has successfully managed many care organisations before taking up the post as the registered manager of Twilight Homecare Services.
Her combined experience as a trained and experienced nurse and a manager equips her to provide a service that seeks to meet all your care needs.

Mrs Gerrie Andrews – Director of Nursing

Mrs Andrews has been a registered nurse for over thirty years. She has worked as a Sister on hospital wards and in Accident and Emergency departments. Most recently assessing patients with complex and terminal health needs and arranging care needs on discharge from Hospital.

Doreen Osborne-Lamont – Learning Disabilities (Nurse)

Mrs Osbourne – Lamont is a qualified Learning Disabilities nurse with 20 years experience, she specialises in Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviours, she has worked on rehabilitation units, in the community with families and closely with Social services and on a forensic unit. Mrs Osbourne- Lamont was the trainer specialising in handling difficult situations and behavioural therapies for the then Birmingham Specialist Community Trust.

Davy Hay – Mental Health (Nurse /Advisor)

Davy Hay has been working in the field of mental health for thirty years. He is a registered mental health nurse; with experiences in inpatients, community, liaison psychiatry, nurse education and older adults. He has worked in the Caribbean and Middle East.

Mr Hay is a trained counselor and has worked extensively as a trainer to the NHS, and the Third Sector.
